About SilverSingles UK
SilverSingles UK is the place people in the UK start with SilverSingles. If you have heard the name and want to know what it costs or how to join, this site is meant to answer that in plain English before you go anywhere near a sign-up form.
What this site is for
SilverSingles is a dating service for people aged 50 and over. The main site is not made for the UK alone, and every price we have seen so far, on the website and in the App Store, is in US dollars. That leaves a lot of small questions for someone in Britain: which price applies to you, how to make sure you only see people in the UK, and what happens when the subscription comes up for renewal.
Each page either explains a part of the service or walks you through a setting step by step, and each one links to the SilverSingles sign-up page for when you are ready. There is no member area on this site and nobody can join through it directly. Your account, your profile and your payment all live with SilverSingles itself.
Who runs it
This site is run by people who have a working relationship with SuccessfulMatch.com, Inc., the company that has operated SilverSingles since May 2026. It is not the official SilverSingles website. There is no founding story to tell and no head office. It is a small site, kept up to date by a handful of people.
The site is paid for by commission. When you join SilverSingles through a link on this site, that link carries a tracking code, and if you later subscribe the site is paid a share. You pay the same price whether you arrive through this site or by typing the address into your browser. The affiliate disclosure sets this out in full.
How facts are checked
Every figure on this site comes from one checked list. Each entry records where it came from and, for anything we saw ourselves, the date we saw it. We walked through the member site on 15 and 16 September 2026. Where we could not see a figure, the page says to confirm rather than guessing.
Prices are the one thing we do not print. A figure copied from a screen can be out of date by the time you read it, and the one that counts is the one on the payment screen in front of you. So the pages say where the price is shown instead: on the website's plan screen before you pay, which was in US dollars when a new free account reached it on 17 September 2026, and in the App Store listing. Whether SilverSingles ever charges a UK member in pounds is to confirm. The full method, including how often pages are re-read, is on How we check facts.
What we do not do
We do not hold any SilverSingles account data and we cannot see inside your account. That means we cannot reset a password, cancel a subscription or refund a payment. Those requests go to SilverSingles support, whose details are on the contact page. We do not run background checks on members either, and SilverSingles says it does not.
Getting in touch
If you spot a price that has changed, a step that no longer matches the app, or a plain mistake, email hello@uksilversingles.co.uk. Corrections are the most useful thing a reader can send us. When you are ready to try the service, the free sign-up starts with a short form, and nothing is charged until you pick a plan.
