There are two places to write to. If something on one of our pages is wrong, email us at the address just below. If it is about your own SilverSingles account, such as a password, a payment or another member, go straight to SilverSingles support. Their email and phone numbers are further down this page.

About this website

Email hello@uksilversingles.co.uk. This address reaches the people who write and check the pages on SilverSingles UK. It does not reach SilverSingles.

Write to us about:

• A price or figure on a page that no longer matches what you see in the app.
• A step-by-step page that has gone out of date because a menu has moved.
• A spelling mistake, a broken link, or a page that does not display properly.
• A request under data protection law, which is explained on the privacy page.

We read every message. Corrections get fixed first, usually within a few days, and when a fix changes a figure or a step, the page's "last updated" date moves with it. We cannot promise to reply to everything, but we will write back if we need more detail from you.

About your SilverSingles account

We cannot help with anything inside a SilverSingles account, because we have no access to it. If you have forgotten your password, the login page shows how to reset it yourself. If you want to cancel a subscription, need a refund, or want to report another member, contact SilverSingles support directly. Writing to us about these things only adds a delay, because all we can do is point you to the address below.

The support phone numbers are North American and the hours are given in Eastern Time, so the phone line does not open until 2pm in the UK. The refund window in the service agreement is only three working days, so if you want a refund, email straight away rather than waiting for the phone line to open.

Before you write

Some things we get asked already have a page:

• How to cancel auto-renewal, step by step.
• How to see only people in the UK.
• What the paid plan costs and where the price is shown: the cost page.
• Whether the service is genuine: our answer.

If you write about a page, please include the page address and, if you can, what you saw in the app that differs from it. A screenshot helps, but do not send one that shows another member's photo or name.
